Led teams in planning, delivering and documenting early childhood education. Acted as contact person for parent committees and was responsible for Finnish as a second language (S2) teaching, communication with families, and daily problem-solving.

Wide range of client-facing roles: retail shifts via Barona, personal assistant for people with developmental disabilities, and COVID-19 contact tracing and phone service for the City of Helsinki. Learned to stay calm, clear and kind even in stressful situations.
